已經確定出局的非洲雄鷹-奈及利亞，12日與英格蘭的比賽，雙方氣氛十分平和，絲毫不見拼鬥的戰火，終場兩隊以0-0握手言和。英格蘭一勝二和，F組第二晉級。

喔，傑克這實在太神奇了！原本B組排名第三的巴拉圭12日在下半場連追三球，以3-1後來居上擊敗斯洛維尼亞，並靠著進球數較南非多一球，幸運擠進16強。
