中華台北以「台灣」名稱第35順位入場 南、北韓共同入場引人矚目

第14屆亞運會開幕典禮於9月29日在釜山亞運主競技場隆重揭幕，為期16天，共44個參賽國家的體育盛宴就此拉開序幕。

本次開幕典禮以「美麗的相逢」為主題，由將近5000名表演人員演出具有韓國文化的精彩節目，表演節目之後，44支代表團將依據南韓字母順序，由尼泊爾領銜，依序步入主體育場。中華代表團將以「台灣」名稱，依大會規定派出177人，排在中亞的吉爾吉斯和塔吉克之間，由田徑選手陳天文掌旗，排在第35順位進場，南北韓則穿著統一服裝以地主身分最後進場。

聖火點燃儀式，由南韓手球選手黃甫成與北韓女足選手李宗姬共持聖火並共舉韓半島旗，代表南北韓出場。
